Job description

– Welcome visitors

– Responsible for answering the telephone and directing phone calls

– Organise meetings (flights, hotel, restaurant, taxis) and coordinate conference rooms

– Provide administrative support



– Have ideally a Degree in the administrative field

– First experience as a receptionist

– Have good command of the Microsoft Office package

– Be fluent in the following languages : French and English. German or Luxemburgish is an asset.
